What we collect

When you submit the driver application form on this site, we collect the information you enter — your name, phone number, email address, state, CDL experience, trailer experience and endorsements — and any files you attach, such as photos or a PDF of your commercial driver's license.

Why we collect it

To evaluate your application for a driving position, to contact you about it, and, if you continue in the hiring process, to complete the DOT-required application, background checks and employment verification. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Your application is emailed to our recruiting team and stored in our hiring records. We share it only with service providers that help us process applications (for example our email and background-check providers) and with government agencies where the law requires it, such as the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

How long we keep it

If you are hired, your application becomes part of your driver qualification file and is kept as DOT regulations require. If you are not hired, we keep your application for up to one year, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your application at any time by emailing hr@roadeyetruck.com or calling 224-300-0358. By ticking the consent box on the form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about driving jobs; you can withdraw that consent the same way.

This website

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
